We assess compliance factories in terms of product range, quality of the products, production capacity, facilities, financial capability, technology orientation, man power, working conditions, managerial efficiency and the overall quality policy of the vendors. JusiTex has a strong network with various clothing manufacturing industry to execute the order smoothly.
We are constantly sourcing materials for the suppliers with the best quality & prices. We visit all major fairs to update ourselves on the latest developments, thus we are well informed about the latest material possibilities and prices.
On behalf of our clients we select the most suitable suppliers who are working at the same quality and price level as our clients. Some of our clients send their samples + order requirements in advance. This enables us to cross check all over the country for the best possible supplier with the best possible quality/price. We ensure that all orders the buyers have placed with the factories have been 100% compliance, in order to avoid future Misunderstandings.
After receiving any order from customer, JusiTex Ltd analysis the style to find out the possible production difficulty and take required steps to meet the quality.
5.Order Follow Up
TNA, WIP, CP is one of our big working strength. We will make sure that the supplier provides the required lab dips, bulk fabric, size sets, fit sample, pre-production samples on time and that they will be forwarded to the client for final approval. We will check all the samples on execution, appearance and correct measurements etc before sending them out of any sample to buyer.
Good merchandising is the key to successful execution of a customer’s request. JusiTex allocate a business team for each customer is which is responsible for making sure that the customer’s requirements are properly understood and executed in close coordination with the factories. The business team is expected to contribute to the customer, not only in terms of communication and follow up, but also in terms of making a better product which sells.
7.Design & Development
JusiTex has own technical support to provide a quick service on development. We shared the latest trend with customer then develop those trends in close collaboration with our buyers according to their specific market needs.
8.Sourcing of fabrics, trims and accessories
Through our close relationships, with some of the best fabric producers in Asia we can offer the latest developments in knitted and woven fabrics. We stay in contact with trims and accessories manufacturers to see what the latest trends are and offer these to you.
The process of delivering a quality product to our customers is divided into two key areas, namely ‘Prevention’ and ‘Control’. The prevention part is taken care of by our Quality Assurance (QA) team which, under guidance from customers, sets the standards for quality and oversees all elements of pre-production work such as the fitting and styling details. The control part is taken care of by our Quality Control (QC) team, which ensures that the product standards set up by the customers in coordination with our QA team are implemented throughout the production process, and that the final product is as per our customers’ specifications.
Jusitex do lab test as per buyer requirement in fabric & garment stage to meet the specific quality. We prefer the buyer nominated testing lab also like SGS, Intertek, Bureau veritas, MTS or any third party lab.
11.Audit & Final Inspection
Jusitex do audit frequently all factories to follow up the order & product Before shipment, a final inspection is taken to ensure the garments are as ordered and of the highest standard to meet the very critical market place of today. These inspections are carried out as per International [AQL] Inspection Standards.safety issue. We conduct in line inspection during production and packing.
12.Logistics & commercial support
Our Logistics & commercial teams ensure that the communication between the forwarder and shipping agent and that correct information is relayed to our buyer`s import department. This team is also responsible for making sure that all required documentation is made for shipment under L/C conditions.
13.Compliance Audit & Monitoring:
A safe & sound industry are the key concept of JusiTex before place any order or brfore select any factory for customers. An experienced and well-trained team of JusiTex audit the factory before placing any order. These auditors work in accordance with the requirements of BSCI, WRAP, Okeo Tex etc. According to the customer's requirements, audit by the accredited agency is organized.
