Quantity Base Lead time we Expected
- For 600 pcs we need 10 Days.
- For 1000 pcs we need 12 Days.
- For 2000 pcs we need 15 days.
- For 3000 pcs we need 18 days.
- For 5000 pcs we need 20 days
- For 10K to 20K we need 25 days
- For 50K we need 30 Days.

How to Set Up Long-Term Production
Garment Production Lead Time (GPLT) is an important part of the garment manufacturing process. It refers to the amount of time required to complete the full manufacturing process, from receiving raw materials to delivering finished garments to buyers.
To ensure timely delivery of final products, it is critical for a factory to have a thorough understanding of GPLT. A longer lead time might lead to delayed shipments and lost business prospects, whilst a shorter lead time can promote customer satisfaction and repeat business.
The production lead time varies according to the product’s complexity, quantity, raw material availability, and manufacturing process efficiency. However, there are several recommended practices that factories should follow.
STEP 1
Analyze Our Prices and Choose What Creations Best for You
You can send your project files to us by email or a contact form. It is strongly advised that files be uploaded in AI (vector) or high-resolution PDF formats.
The following information should be included in a project file:
- Order a certain number of each style and fabric colour.
- Logos and design
- Logo dimensions (width x height)
- Applications for logos (embroidery or printing)
- Size guide (for custom cuts)
- The fabric type
STEP 2
You accept the price estimate, and we manufacture samples for you.
After we send you a price quote, you can examine it and decide whether or not to proceed with sample production. We’ll prepare a sample production file for you to review after you give us the go-ahead. When you are pleased with the sample file, we can begin the 15-day sample production procedure. We’ll send your samples via International couriers to ensure quick arrival.
STEP 3
After you have reviewed the samples, we will begin the process of mass production.
You’ve dropped in affection for the samples and are now deciding whether any revisions are required. Please provide input, and we will have everything ready for takeoff! Before we begin, we’ll also produce a complete production file for your approval. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll begin manufacturing and send your project off. Bulk manufacture will take around 5 weeks.
STEP 4
We ship the goods, and you get excited!
We are pleased to offer FOB & CIF as well as for your shipping needs. The pricing will vary depending on the weight and number of boxes. International couriers are the quickest choice. Also we can proceed to the door delivery customer required.
